Shipping

What is the estimated delivery schedule?
Our delivery schedule is within 6-10 business days from the date of the order(s), business days are from Monday-Saturday excluding Public Holidays.

*During peak periods, there will be slight changes in the delivery promise. In case of these cases we will notify you in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We do and the international rates charges will be apply based on the weight & country. Refer to this website:

Shipping Fees?
We keep our shipping fees to the standard domestic rates by the respective Courier Service Providers which is GDEX and Pos Laju. Refer to shipping info for further breakdown.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for your tracking on the status. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address.

Returns

What is your return policy?
EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY

The exchanges/ refunds/returns can be made within 7 working days from the date of the order(s) received. All exchanges are subjected to our stock availability & we need approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process the request.


Customer will bear the delivery charges for order(s) exchanged based on the weight of the new item(s) and the location.
