EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY
Once receive the order(s) customer is encouraged to inspect the contents of their package(s). The exchanges can be made within 7 working days, from the date of the order(s) received.
Please ensure the followings terms & conditions are fulfilled;
- Receive of Defect/ damaged item(s)
- Receive of wrong item(s)/ size
- Item(s) unwashed, unaltered and unworn (with original tags attached)
- All exchanges/ returns requires a valid TAX Invoice
All exchanges are subjected to our stock availability & we need approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process the request.
Please note that some of the colors on the images may slightly differ from the actual item(s). No exchanges/ returns/ refunds are allowed in term of color differences.
Customer will bear the delivery charges for order(s) exchanged based on the weight of the new item(s) and the location.
Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering.
